1. Participation Fee includes access to the appropriate session presentations networking opportunities and post-conference proceedings.

 

2. Full payment of delegate fee is due within 7 days of receipt of invoice, or immediately with registration if the booking is made within 2 weeks of the event. Welcome2Africa International reserves the right to refuse entry to the event where payment is not received before the event.

 

3. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend at no extra charge.

 

4.Welcome2Africa International reserves the right to alter the programme without notice, including substitution, alteration or cancellation of speakers, topics and dates of the event.

 

5.Welcome2Africa International is not liable for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of the event.

 

6. A complimentary ticket cannot be used by a person already registered for the event, and the holder of such complimentary ticket shall not be eligible for a refund.

 

7. All prices shown are payable in the currency denomination reflected.

 

8. Cancellation Policy: Any requests for cancellations and/or refunds should be sent via email to info@welcome2africaint.com, detailing the name of the registrant, date of payment, and reason for cancellation (optional). There shall be: 

 

• 25% deduction as cancellation fee if written notice of cancellation is received at least 21days before the event

• 50% deduction as cancellation fee if written notice of cancellation is received at least 14 days before the event

• 75% deduction as cancellation fee if written notice of cancellation is received at least 7 days before the event

 

Notwithstanding the right to cancel registration for participation in the programme, 100% of the registered delegate fee shall NOT be refundable where notice of cancellation is received less than 7 days before the event.

 

9. Any refunds shall be processed 14 days after the conclusion of the events.

 

10. Registrants who attend the event after the cancellation date will be liable for 100% payment of the invoiced amount.

 

11. Any fees, charges, or sums paid to Welcome2Africa International will not be refundable due to an act of God, severe weather conditions, global health concerns, or event cancellation due to circumstances beyond the control of the Conveners. Welcome2Africa International disclaims all liability for partial or total non-execution of this event as the result of a fortuitous event, third-party act or act of God.

 

12. Payment of the invoiced/displayed amounts (via any of the authorized W2A payment channels) validates registration and attendance, of the event. Welcome2Africa International shall not be liable for any acts purportedly done on the strength of this event by a delegate, exhibitor, sponsor, partner, or any other form of attendee of this event who has not completed due payments or other obligations under the conditions stated herein.

 

13. By signing up to be a delegate, exhibitor, sponsor, partner, or any other form of attendee of this event, you agree and consent to the photographic and/or videographic capture of your image during the event, and further consent to appearing in photo and video replications and uploads to the social media pages, websites and other promotional fora of Welcome2Africa International Limited and its media partners who are so duly authorized, and that the imagery will be used at their discretion without compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed or videotaped by us, please notify by written notice to communications@welcome2africaint.com.

 

14. By signing up to be a delegate, exhibitor, sponsor, partner, or any other form of attendee of this event, you agree and consent to your (and organization’s) name and company logo or other intellectual property being used for promotion of this event or included in promotional materials for this event or fulfilling our obligations under the terms of our respective engagements, and herein agree that Welcome2Africa International shall not be liable for royalties or fees of any kind for its use and for any infringements thereupon.
